Classics part 2- The Bronte sisters

You’ve probably heard of the Bronte sisters. They were three sisters who grew up in England and made up long fictional accounts of fictional places when they were little kids. Okay, maybe you didn’t know that, but you probably knew that Anne, Emily, and Charlotte all later went on to become famous authors. But what books did they write?

Anne wrote: The Tenant of Wildfell Hall, Agnes Grey, and The Captive Dove

Emily wrote: Wuthering Heights

And Charlotte wrote: Jane Eyre, Villette, Shirley, The foundling, Tales of the Islanders, and Lily Hart

I challenge you, this year, to read one at least of each Bronte sister’s books. I recommend Agnes Grey, Wuthering Heights, and Jane Eyre.
